Wedding Ceremony & Reception

The ceremony will be held under a large oak tree. After the ceremony, we will walk around the lake to cocktail hour on the lawn outside of the greenhouse. The reception will be held in the greenhouse. View a map of the venue and more location details.

Attire: Semi Formal or Cocktail. Men in suits and women in dresses or jumpsuits. Colorful attire is welcome! Block heels, wedges or flats are recommended to comfortably walk on the grass. See inspiration.

Shuttle Schedule:

  • 3:45 PM - Pick up #1: 122 Winchester Trail, Mineral, VA

  • 3:55 PM - Pick up #2: 466 Hemlock Loop, Mineral, VA

  • 4:20 - Drop off at Avonlea Farms

  • 11 PM - Bus departs Avonlea

  • 11:25 PM - Drop off #1: 122 Winchester Trail, Mineral, VA

  • 11:30 PM - Drop off #2: 466 Hemlock Loop, Mineral, VA

    Note: Shuttle riders should meet the bus at the end of the driveway on the street. There is a large parking area at 122 Winchester Trail and guests are welcome to leave cars there.

Summer Send-Off (Optional)

Kelsey and Mike will be enjoying the last day of Summer 2023 at Lake Anna on Saturday. Many guests are staying in rental houses on the lake and we hope to join together to enjoy the day. Stop by to swim or relax in the sun! This is an informal event with no set schedule and will take place outside. Please plan your own meals and drinks.

Attire: Summer casual - bring your bathing suit!
